INT Hub provides a comprehensive semi-independent, and 24-hour supported living services, offering support and accommodation to Look After Children and Care Leavers, aged between 16 and 18.

Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where young individuals can grow, develop, and thrive into adulthood.

Our semi-independent living service offers a nurturing and supportive environment to inspire young people to safely thrive into independence. We provide individual support with the aim of our young people to achieve, independence, employability and to become positive members of the community. Our accommodation provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere with modern spacious bedrooms.

Semi-independent living.

Overview:
Our semi-independent living arrangements are designed to create a homely and supportive environment for young people aged 16 to18. This setting encourages personal growth, responsibility, and independence while still offering the necessary support to ensure safety and well-being.

  • Small Group Homes: Accommodations for no more than 4-5 service users, ensuring personalised attention and a close-knit community feel
  • Individual Support Plans: Each young person receives a tailored support plan reflecting their unique needs, aspirations and goals.
  • Private Bedrooms: Spacious, fully furnished private rooms, with some rooms offering en-suite facilities.
  • Day-to-Day Support: Assistance with daily activities such as hygiene routines, maintaining a clean living environment and meal preparation.

24-Hour supervised living.

For young people who need more intensive support, our 24-hour supervised living option provides around-the-clock supervision and assistance. This ensures continuous safety and support, allowing young individuals to gradually build the skills needed for more independent living.
